Schedule for Japanese Film Festival “Eiga Sai” 2012

Japanese Film Festival in Cebu coming soon in August 2012

Years of continuous friendship of Japan and the Philippines, it is a custom that there is always a month in a year for a celebration as the Japan-Philippines Friendship Month! The Main Events are the Japanese Film Festival / EigaSai and the Japanese Cultural Event. As like what we had last year, we had a week long opportunity of watching Japanese Films for Free and there were also cultural activities held such as “How to wear a Kimono“, “Origami/Paper folding Lessons“, and other interesting activities for Cebuanos to experience and participate Japanese culture in Cebu sponsored and cooperated by the Japan Foundation and the Japanese Society in Cebu.

JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL / EigaSai will be on August 7-12, 2012 and the Japanese Cultural Event will be on August 11-12, 2012 at the Ayala Center Cebu!

Isn’t it too exciting!?

All films will be shown in 35mm format with English subtitles. Screening venues will be at Ayala Center Cinema 4, Cebu City (August 7 to 12).
